This Shipping and Return Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment, delivery, and replacement of orders placed with Great Commission Corps ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not complete your order.
1. Order Processing and Shipping
1.1. Print-on-Demand Orders
Great Commission Corps specializes in printing books on demand. Each order is produced specifically for the Customer following order confirmation. Accordingly, production and shipping timelines may differ from standard stocked products.
1.2. Estimated Shipping Timeline

Processing and Production: Please allow for 3-5 days to process and print your book (orders less than 100) after order confirmation.

Delivery: Once your book is shipped, delivery is subject to the service provided by our chosen carrier. While the average delivery time is between 7 and 14 days from the shipping date, actual delivery may vary.
1.3. Unforeseen Delays
Due to factors beyond our reasonable control—including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or acts of God—delivery times are estimates only. Great Commission Corps expressly disclaims any liability for delays in shipping and delivery resulting from conditions that are outside our direct control.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
2.1. Eligibility for Replacement
Our commitment is to deliver quality publications. In the event that you receive a damaged book or an order containing the wrong product, Great Commission Corps will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost, subject to verification of the claim.
2.2. Procedure for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notification: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order by contacting our customer support at [support@gcc.com] (or via our designated contact form) and provide your order number along with detailed descriptions and supporting photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

Assessment: Upon receipt of your notification, we will review and, if warranted, authorize a replacement. Replacement items shall be dispatched promptly in accordance with our current production and shipping times.

Exclusions: This replacement policy is strictly applicable only to items that have been damaged during production or shipping or where an incorrect product has been sent.
3. General Returns
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products:

No General Returns: Orders are final once printed and shipped, except for instances where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item is received.

Change-of-Mind: Requests for returns or exchanges based solely on a change-of-mind or errors in ordering are not accepted.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
4.1. Shipping Estimates and Responsibilities

Estimates Only: All shipping and delivery timeframes are provided as estimates. Great Commission Corps makes every effort to ensure timely production and delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for the printed book pass to the Customer upon delivery by the carrier. Any claims based on delivery delays should be directed to the carrier; however, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues arising from such delays.
4.2. No Warranty for Unforeseen Circumstances
Great Commission Corps disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, associated with shipping and delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties that shipping timelines, production dates, or delivery dates will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall our liability for any damages exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
4.3. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
